  白利华,男,博士,西安科技大学专任教师,硕士生导师,中国化学会会员。现任化学系副主任。主讲课程《工科化学》、《高等精细化学品化学》(研究生)、《无机及分析化学实验》、《综合设计实验》。主要从事非传统发光聚合物的设计合成及性能研究,包括:聚硅氧烷、聚氨基酯、聚磷酸酯等,以及聚合物在生物成像、药物运输、离子检测、防伪加密等领域中的应用。

研究方向:非传统发光聚合物的设计合成及性能研究;煤炭的清洁高效利用和高附加值转化研究
